Zenith Infotech Limited is the IT managing company providing the global 24/7 IT supports to MSPs world wide through SAAZ. One of the required key components for delivering managed services is the ability to remotely manage and monitor the client's IT infrastructure; be it Servers, Network devices or applications. SAAZ is a remote management platform built keeping the above constraints in mind. It combines a comprehensive IT management platform with a secure remote access technology to securely manage your customer's IT infrastructure without the need of setting up a VPN between your office and the customer network.
Position:
Server Engineer / Senior Server Engineer
Exp:
5 to 6+Years
Job Location :- Mumbai
Knowledge and Skills required:-
(i) Active Directory /Exchange
·1 Windows server support and management duties will include a combination of systems administration, monitoring and management, process automation, training and mentoring of more junior staff, support of server remediation initiatives, support of backup &; Virtualization and troubleshooting/problem resolution.
·2 Responsible to deployment team performing activities related to system implementation, upgrades, and installation of applications and Window update.
·3 Work closely with Application Development for building smart monitoring rules&; respond to business requirements and to implement enhancements that will improve the reliability and performance of the system.
·4 System Engineers will work a normal workweek with rotational on-call Tier III support responsibilities.
·5 In depth knowledge of all aspects of Windows 2000/2003/2008 for example, Operating System &; troubleshooting application after virtualization and Bare Metal Restore with good understanding on providing disaster recovery solutions.
·6 Strong Messaging support and engineering skills on Microsoft Exchange 2000, 2003 &; 2007.
·7 Well versed in TCP/IP, DNS, NLB, DHCP, DFS, AD troubleshooting
·8 Knowledge of VERITAS, VMware, Citrix, IIS, MS SQL.
·9 Knowledge on monitoring tool initiation (e.g. MOM, Insight Manager, etc) will be added advantage.
