Position:- IT Analyst Test and Metrics.
JD:-
Primary Responsibilities:
1. Laser focus on customer service and end user experience metrics;
2. Drive toward Infrastructure operational excellence;
3. The attitude and energy cultivating highly performing teams;
4. Utilize “Six Sigma†methodology and tools for continuous process improvement;
5. Support ITIL best practices for Service Support and Service Delivery;
6. Provide leadership and mentoring;
7. Facilitate business workout sessions to define requirements and generate specifications;
8. Perform project management tasks, including the production of project specifications, project plans, and other documents;
9. Interface with flexible staffing partners;
10. Interface with vendors;
11. Enforces Information Services (IS) guidelines and procedures, in accordance with policies set forth by management;
12. Maintains current technical expertise and skills.
NATURE AND SCOPE:
The IT Analyst â€" Test & Metrics is responsible for configuring various software applications testing to handle new application requirements or to support changes in the Cameron organizational structure. In addition, this position debugs problems and performs project management tasks, from project definition through project implementation and may work with SAP modules and/or with systems designed to transmit EDI or XML documents. This position's area of responsibility does include building test scripts to measure and monitor application performance.
Looking for 4+yrs of similar exp with Superior technical competence and demonstrated leadership and Superior knowledge of BMC software.
